The Samlex 200 Amp DC installation kit works with 12 Volt inverters from 1000 to 1700 Watts, 24 Volt inverters from 2000 to 3400 Watts, and 48 Volt inverters from 4000 to 6800 Watts. The kit comes with a weatherproof 200 Amp marine rated battery fuse, two 10 foot industrial grade #2 AWG copper cables, and necessary hardware. The cables connect your inverter to the battery bank while the fuse protects your batteries and equipment in the event of a short circuit. The insulation is rated for 600 Volts with an operating temperature range of -50°C to 105°C (-58°F to 221°F). It’s also resistant to abrasion, oils, and acids that could be found in a commercial or industrial setting.
