    The all-new Kohler Power Reserve AC-Coupled Energy Storage System has an outdoor rated (NEMA 3R) battery cabinet that can be installed anywhere in the home, garage or backyard. It stores power to keep the family and home safe during a power failure. With an automatic transfer switch installed with the system, you can enjoy seamless transfer of power from grid to the Power Reserve. Within seconds of a power outage, the Power Reserve System kicks in to continue running heating, cooling and security systems. You and your family stay safely indoors when the weather outside is severe. The Kohler® Power Reserve App allows for WiFi remote monitoring so you keep connected to your Power Reserve System from any location away from home.

    This Kohler model is OpenADR compliant which allows for secure, two-way information exchange. This helps extend the life of the product and all of your electronic devices by protecting them from voltage fluctuations when demand is high. This Kohler unit uses a string solar inverter coupled with an advanced multi-mode inverter that manages the battery and grid. It is very simple to install, set up and operate.
